The Ultimate Fighting Championship has filed a lawsuit against Ubisoft for the use of the phrase “Become the Ultimate Fighting weapon!” on the back of the cover for Fighters Uncaged for Kinect. UFC contends that the phrase is nearly identical to their trademarked name and could confuse consumers who are looking for their titles.

According to THQ’s head of marketing Jon Rooke, THQ have been discussing UFC 2011 and that fans of the series are going to love it.
